This organization was spending $100 for every 5 years of service on a custom statue. The company’s new HR Specialist had used the CSI STARS Service program with her previous employer. She liked the personal touches, customer service and ability for employees to “choose” a gift they want. How it Works
In Canada, once a month all employees come together in the office for a recognition event. The manager presents the Service Award package to each recipient and publicly recognizes their commitment along with other wins and great work that occurred in the field.
In the United States and Europe, the workforce is spread out so a physical recognition event is not possible. CSI STARS sends recipients a personalized Service Award package directly to their home.
Employees choose the gift they want, placing their order online, by phone or postage paid card. 98% of orders placed arrive on employees doorsteps within 3 days.
