The Client
Over the past 55 years, Webber has become one of the largest and most respected construction companies in the United States. Employing over 2000 team members across five companies located throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Webber specializes in the construction of intelligent infrastructures that improve communities.
The Problem
Webber switched to CSI STARS in 2018 as they wanted a new recognition partner who could offer better local service for a growing employee roster with changing needs for recognition.
The Solution
Webber’s annual and new on-demand recognition solutions now reflect the unique working needs and environment of both their office and field teams.
Webber’s recognition programs were implemented seamlessly within a few weeks. The monthly payroll file feed registers employees for New Hire, Service, Retirement, Safety and Values awards, making programs more inclusive and easy to administer.
Service Anniversary Awards
Salaried employees receive a Celebration Lucite plus gift selection. Craft employees receive a Celebration Pack with gift selection. CSI STARS is able to provide materials for Webber’s remote workforce based on the recipient’s location.
