With more than 1.5 million patient visits every year and 24,000 employees, this healthcare network has a world-class reputation for quality care, compassion and a commitment to clinical and service excellence.
The Problem
The healthcare network’s goal was to implement a tax-compliant cost-neutral recognition solution that would continue to recognize service anniversary milestones, but now include formal recognition for activities and
behaviors in support of the core values and contributions to patient care.
The Solution
CSISTARS created a custom-branded service award collection and a mobile-optimized website with peer-to-peer and social recognition tools. CSISTARS implemented a cost-neutral program that includes:
