Steve is the co-founder of CSI International Inc. and has been leading the CSI team as President and CEO since in 2002. Steve has developed and grown the CSI STARS solution and is proud to include many top employers and leading companies as clients. Steve believes motivating people with challenging work, recognizing their accomplishments and rewarding their contributions creates high performing teams and organizations.

Steve is a graduate of the University of Toronto, a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ontario and held a variety of management positions at Coopers and Lybrand before starting CSI International Inc.
