A Family’s Random Act of Kindness
The Risorto family was vacationing in the Dominican Republic over the holidays and dropped by to visit their long-time Dominican pen pal friends. The families enjoyed a traditional Dominican lunch, spent the day exploring and gave the younger children some items they’d brought from home.
While packing for their trip, they decided to bring a whole suitcase full of clothes, shoes, hair accessories, toothbrushes and toothpaste that they wanted to donate to a school. Their pen pal friends recommended Escuela Primaria Consuelito School. The family dropped off the items and the Risorto kids enjoyed sharing some candies with the students.
We’d like to recognize the Risorto family for thinking of others while on vacation. They recognized items needed and took the time to pack and share these things with their friends and their friend’s community. Kudos to you!
